Below are images from a recently completed project where we designed and built a Boilerhouse electrical room. Scope included installation of TIBS Motor Control Centre, PLC Panel, other client panels, lighting, small power distribution and control system integration into the existing fibre-optic network.
Using industry standard tools we have designed and installed several Boilerhouse lighting systems. Our most recent installation (shown below) utilised a variety of LED fitting types installed at both high and low levels.
Installation of four high pressure hot water boilers, two heat recovery systems, additional pumps and instrumentation. Design and build of dedicated electrical room housing our motor control centre and related control panels. Fibre optic cabling was installed and tested to integrate new Boilerhouse equipment into existing plant wide control network. A complete lighting system was also designed and installed.
